These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of 1:1 sessions made via the website ninaneumann.at, offered by Nina Neumann, Marienhofgasse 4, 2540 Bad Vöslau, Austria.

The sessions (“Somatic Nervous System Regulation Sessions”) are conducted online via Zoom. They do not constitute therapeutic or medical treatment and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care.

Bookings are made via the online booking system on the website. Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer or online payment. The session only takes place after payment has been received. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

A free cancellation or rescheduling of the agreed appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment at the latest. Notification must be made by email to nina.s.neumann@gmail.com.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment as well as for non-attendance (no-show), the full price of the session is due and non-refundable.

As this is a service for which you have expressly agreed the appointment, the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 9 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) expires once performance of the service has begun, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate performance and confirmed your awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal. Otherwise, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract, provided the appointment has not yet taken place.

The sessions serve to support nervous system regulation and do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment. In the case of acute physical or mental health complaints, it is recommended to seek medical or therapeutic help. No liability is accepted for the failure to achieve a particular result.

All content discussed within the sessions is treated confidentially.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered seat of the provider. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
