5. Booking of 1:1 sessions / video conferencing (Zoom)

The service Zoom, provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA, is used to conduct the 1:1 sessions. Personal data (name, email address, video and audio data of the session) may be processed in the process. The transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

6. Cookies

This website does not currently use any tracking or marketing cookies. Should this change, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and — where required — obtain your consent via a cookie banner.

7. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address exclusively to send the newsletter content. Registration takes place via the double opt-in procedure. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
